This exercise is not only about relaxation but also about fostering a deeper connection with your physical self, enhancing self-awareness in the present moment.
MINDFUL EXPLORATION FOR ACCEPTANCE - There are no right or wrong ways to experience this music. Just be intentional about remaining open and curious. We tend to spend a bunch of time talking about "shoulds", e.g. I should be, you should do. This is an opportunity to let go of shoulds.
