Earlier this year, the American Environmental Protection Agency announced there is no safe level of what are known as 'forever chemicals' in drinking water and they're setting new enforceable limits across the US. Australian experts on chemical regulation say we should be following the US example as soon as possible. 

And every year in Australia, around 3000 people get lost and need rescuing, so if you're thinking of lacing up your boots and taking to the wilds, what things can you do to keep yourself safe?
