Western dairy consumption has plummeted 15% in the last 10 years, and there are growing concerns about the environmental impact of both cow and plant-based milks.
Research also now shows that many Australians are increasingly interested in making sure the milk they are choosing is not only good for their body, but good for the planet, too.
